Comme des Garçons Homme Plus: Paris Men's Collection 1985-1999 December, 1998 MR. High Fashion No. 87
The first collection was presented in the alleyway outside of the Paris offices. Musicians, writers, and other artists appeared as models for the runway. Most pieces from the collection were made of natural fabrics such as cotton and linen on which natural and indigo dyeing processes were applied to make them look washed out. Some jackets had two layers of the same material on the front, while a distinct inner lining made of a different material only revealed itself when moving.
